#1 The fountain continously splashes over from a few different spouts which would not be such an issue only it sits above my leather couch and hardwood floors. This also creates very very hard to remove hard water spots on the stainless surface.#2 On the mirror surface there is also very very hard to remove spots...I have scrubbed the mirror with several different cleaners and none seam to remove the spots. If I could get passed these few issues the [$] spent would fell better.

the fountain we were sent was defective. the company (bluworld) acknowledged that they had sold us defective merchandise, promised to replace it (they actually wrote this to us in an email), and we never heard from them again, despite numerous phone calls and emails from us.
